Poppy Lennox British, b. 1980

Poppy Lennox is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans painting, sculpture and textile-based installation. Her work engages deeply with the underlying systems of the natural and cosmic world, employing material and pattern as tools to contemplate interconnectedness, presence and the poetics of complexity.

Having transitioned from a career in project management within the cultural sector, Lennox has swiftly established a compelling visual language that has resonated with audiences and collectors alike. Her work has been exhibited widely, including recent presentations at the London Art Fair (2025), Ruup & Form (2025), the Crypt Gallery (2024) and 99 Projects (2022). Her pieces are held in private collections across the United Kingdom, United States, Singapore and the Middle East. In 2021, she was commissioned by Berry Bros. & Rudd to create a limited-edition artist label—an invitation that reflects the subtle sophistication of her aesthetic sensibility.

A strong advocate for socially engaged practice, Lennox has collaborated with several arts and mental health organisations including Hospital Rooms, A Space Between and ActionSpace, weaving care, access and collaboration into the fabric of her work.

Lennox holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Newcastle University.
